Like recovery, ETS’ focus on antiracism is a journey, not a destination. We are committed to advancing our organizational culture toward racial equity and inclusion in the coming years.
In three years’ time, we will have made big strides towards centering the experiences and voices of our staff and participants of color and other marginalized identities. Employees will feel their voices are heard and have the power to effect positive change within the organization. People will join our diverse team because they see meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, a genuine and affirming community of support, and a forward-leaning approach to compensation.
